Terms of Service

By accessing or using WeLike (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

You must create an account to write reviews, publish articles, rate games, or access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to WeLike, including reviews, articles, guides, comments, and game ratings (“User Content”).

By submitting User Content, you grant WeLike a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and on social media for the purpose of operating and promoting WeLike.

You must not submit content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Is hateful, abusive, or harassing
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Impersonates another person or entity

Reviews and ratings submitted on WeLike should be honest, relevant to the game being reviewed, and based on genuine experience. We reserve the right to remove content that is abusive, spam, or otherwise violates these terms.

The WL Score is a community-driven aggregate score. Attempts to artificially manipulate ratings through multiple accounts, coordinated voting, or other means are strictly prohibited.

Red Points (RP) are a virtual reward system earned through quality contributions. RP have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. WeLike reserves the right to modify the RP system, adjust balances, or revoke points earned through abuse at any time.

RP can be spent on platform perks, cosmetics, and raffle entries as described on the Platform. Spent RP are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate ratings, votes, or other engagement metrics
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits, bans, or inflate Red Points
• Scrape or bulk-download data from the Platform without permission
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or private data
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to the Platform or its users. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

WeLike is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeLike and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Spain.
