Blacksmith Bragus, respected citizen of the city of Khorinis. His life was very orderly, loving wife, adult daughter. It would seem that nothing would spoil his happiness until one night. Someone tricked into Bragus' house and murdered his family. The blacksmith knew perfectly well who did it, but the city guard had no evidence for it. Bragus took revenge on the perpetrator, murdered him just before he was about to flee the city. It happened, Bragus ended up in a penal colony, but he did not expect what he would find there. The Valley of Mines has taken over the zombie apocalypse. Overnight, people began to turn into walking dead, some survived, escaped, hid in caves, and the largest group of survivors in the castle, in the Old Camp. No one quite knows how it happened, only waves of flashes and thunderbolts were seen coming from the Necromancer Xardas tower.
