The word "magic" has always referred to an impossible act - something only found in fairy tale and fantasy. At long last, a curious child begins to realise its potential and uses it... for bubbles! This child by the name of Valerie has been taken by her mother to see the "Unbound Society" in order to sharpen her magic skills, however after being begrudgingly left to her own devices, another motive takes her fancy.
