Your first day working at The Familiar - a cosy café in downtown Artifice County - was going quite well. The customers were strange and your boss was a literal cat, but for a minimum wage job, it wasn't all that bad.
Sadly, you never intended on sticking around. Not when there was a secret recipe to steal.
The people trapped inside with you are excellent scapegoats to pin your crime on. Gather evidence and build an air-tight case against your chosen culprit - without drawing suspicion and ending up in hot water yourself.
Navigate conversations between a diverse cast of characters to figure out what they know about each other - and how you can use that to your advantage. Throughout your interrogation, influence the characters' thoughts and feelings. Call out a bad habit, indulge a flair for the dramatic or play into their façades.
Their feelings will influence how they react to your final accusation, but also dictate how they feel about the other characters. Will you leave them better than you found them - or leave a bitter taste in their mouth?
After you've gathered your evidence and made your impression on the characters, it's time to make your accusation. Choose from a total of 15 possible accusation paths and try to convince everyone whodunnit.
