Sonic CD: Miracle Edition

As the earliest remastered of the classic Sonic Titles, Sonic CD has fewer changes and features compared to later remasters and Origins.

The purpose of this mod is to bring Sonic CD more in-line with the later remasters/Origins by adding several new features/options originally available in other mods.
