A claustrophobic cosmic horror simulation where a player trapped inside a stranded capsule must perform time-critical dashboard triage against cascading system failures to survive the journey to Venus.
SIGNAL LOST is an anxiety driven multitasking game that draws heavy inspiration from the fear of the unknown.
In a constant battle of "Man VS Machine", maintain your escape pod in working condition and complete tasks by typing on the command terminal as you travel through space to reach Venus. However, you'll be required to react fast to system failures and malfunctions to keep everything running and survive your journey as time-critical events take place.
The Captain will provide more information regarding your mission as you progress further and further in your journey. His company in your cold escape pod may not seem like much, but it's better than being completely alone.
You will be required to multitask, be patient and efficient, but above all you must be brave.
In the near future, mankind has taken to the stars, plundering the Solar System to satisfy our ever-growing needs and exploding population.
But with great power and expansion, comes great cutting of corners. As Earther companies rush into space, they begin to hire barely-trained laborers and launch them into the void using increasingly experimental, unsafe technologies. These people, called spacers, are working the best paying, but also the most dangerous job in history.
You’re a spacer, on your first trip on the ticket of Caliban Solar Industries, the largest mining corporation in history. Your ship, the “Dear Abigail,” suffers a catastrophic failure and falls apart halfway to Venus, past the point of no return. You and your Captain are the only survivors, stuck inside a pair of barely-maintained escape vessels. Will you manage to reach the relative safety of Venus and the base of Omphalos-1…or will you die trying?
