*It's about exploring the Unknown, the Nothingness, the Infinite... the Structure. *

*An architectural non-sense, a symbolic space expanding beyond comprehension and full of emptiness. But in this Structure, among corridors, stairs and repetitive empty rooms, can also be found, from time to time, unexpected places: Unique Places, where every imaginable things can exists... *

In SenS, you will prepare expeditions, from an improvised home left by a mysterious previous explorer, toward the Unstable Zones. Areas in the darkness were you can only survive and progress using light sources. Only a few ephemeral Luces that you harvested at the beginning, then later more durable means to enlight your way to avoid getting lost, to spot traps and to secure your return to the safe home place.

The Unstable Zones are repetitive and seem infinite. It's mainly simple or even abstract architectural structures at the beginning, but getting more complex, vast and labyrinthine the further you go. Most importantly, the Unstable Zone are fluctuating and may change when plunged into the shadow. A small empty room can turn into a corridor, or a bridge... Access open and close constantly in the darkness, only your lights can stabilize paths and areas for a while.

Only exploring the Unstable Zone longer and further will allow you to find the Unique Places. Stable places, often quite strange and beautiful that not only give access to new areas, but also may contain objects. Often useless things that you can ignore, or collect and bring back to your home for decoration if you like. However, the Unique Places may also contain valuable items making your progression in the darkness easier: bags to carry more stuff, tools, candles, lanterns and gas, lamps and electric cables, ropes to climb, ladders... and some special one can even give you new capacities...
