### About the Game PHASE ZERO is a modern reimagining of survival horror classics from the 90s golden era. The story unfolds over a series of chapters told from the perspective of different survivors. Featuring prerendered backgrounds, fixed cameras and the DNA of PSX masterpieces, it blends nostalgic design with modern quality-of-life improvements. ### Setting The game is set in Flint Peak, a post-industrial harbor town in the middle of nowhere. It's 1994, and a relentless snowstorm looms on the horizon. A mysterious illness is spreading rapidly, leaving most of the town's residents grotesquely changed. ### Gameplay Caught in the chaos are several unlikely survivors, each facing their own horrors. Armed with only what they can scavenge, they must endure the night and uncover the truth before dawn breaks. Grotesque, cancerous monsters crawl through the alleys of Flint Peak. Tissue overgrows walls of buildings and meat bursts through pipes. Empty husks of human skin fill the streets. Will you fight, or will you escape? Face mutated monsters, solve puzzles, and experience hair-raising tension through immersive 3D prerendered environments, gripping sound design, and designed camera angles with cinematic frames.
