Patrician III

Overview

Patrician III is a real-time economic sandbox game where you can gain wealth and power in multiple ways. Become a fellow of the famous medieval Hanse trading association in the 13th century and create a medieval trade empire across Europe.

Gameplay

Manage politics, prestige, and economic success in your city and across the known parts of Europe. Build warehouses, workshops, brickworks, and more to strengthen your financial position. Raise your standing through town improvement and diplomacy, or fill your coffers through piracy and smuggling.

City Development

Gain reputation in your hometown by developing its infrastructure with roads, hospitals, and schools. Become Lord Mayor and gain full control of the city. Hold galas to celebrate victories and your town's growth.
