Lead a squadron of pilots in combat, working for a ruthlessly efficient mercenary company. Satisfy management's quotas while fighting against under-supply, an onslaught of monsters, and rival mercenaries; optionally keep your subordinates alive in the process.

Manage a roster of pilots and assign them their daily missions. Grant promotions and organize sorties, claim bounties to sustain your operations.

Your base will need defending but scouting the perimeter is risky work. Will you send cheap recruits and replace them whenever needed, or will you assign a competent and valuable veteran to the group to help ensure the team's survival?

As base commander, you won't be able to oversee every sortie personally. Delegate missions to your adjutant when multiple operations are happening simultaneously.

Hire a roster of pilots, promote them through the ranks.
Scout and attack the enemy. Lead the team personally on sorties and have your adjutant oversee other concurrent missions or have them oversee all of them if preferred.
Requisition better equipment and munitions with your earned bounties, supplement with other tactically acquired equipment where possible.
Survive long enough for corporate to notice you and grant you your own promotion.
