Core Gameplay

Kapital 13 is about building a business where you control and balance your employees, resources, and money to make your business rise. The game features 117 different items across 4 economic sectors. Strategy and managing are everything - you need to combine every mechanic for the most effective way of obtaining money. Success requires managing employees carefully, taking into account your income and how much you can pay them. You also need to hire the right amount of employees for what you're doing, requiring lots of planning.

The Four Economic Sectors

Primary Sector: Obtaining raw materials through mining, hunting, foraging, farming, and livestock farming. Mining gives gems and ores for crafting or smelting. Foraging yields berries, vegetables, fruits, and wood. Hunting provides meat for cooking. Farming and livestock produce crops and animal products.

Secondary Sector: Processing raw materials through crafting. Produce energy for passive income, build hospitals and other buildings for business bonuses, and create items like furniture and jewelry or more complex materials.

Tertiary Sector: Services including transportation and investing. Transportation optimizes income by leveraging price differences across world sections. Investing provides income but is risky - you can lose your investment.

Quaternary Sector: Scientific research for obtaining knowledge and increasing employee efficiency.
