Den-Den: Tokyo Horror is an open world, survival horror experience where you play as a caregiver for the elderly. Navigate the dark streets of Tokyo, choosing where to go and whom to care for. Not everyone can be saved. How many deaths will be on your watch this week?
Den-Den: Tokyo Horror is a J-horror RPG where every choice carries the weight of human lives.
Japan’s birthrate has collapsed. The elderly now outnumber the young three to one, and Tokyo is dying. A brutal geopolitical blockade has cut off food, medicine, and power. Society is unraveling and violent crime is on the rise.
You play as a caregiver whose job is to keep the neglected elders alive for one night. The only problem: there aren't enough supplies for everyone.
How many of them will still be alive when the sun rises?
Welcome to Den-Den: Tokyo Horror. There is no happy ending to this story.
Rummage through abandoned apartments, overflowing dumpsters, and dark alleys for anything that might buy one more hour of life. Food, painkillers, batteries, bullets… or nothing at all.
Talk, listen, lie, threaten, or comfort. Every conversation branches. Every relationship can save you or doom the people you’re supposed to protect.
Desperate people, violent criminals, and things far worse stalk the streets. Swing a rusty kitchen knife, fire a shaking pistol, shock with an electrifying taser, or simply run. Do whatever it takes to stay alive until sunrise.
Something evil has awakened in the darkest corners of the city. It feeds on neglect, regret, and bad decisions. Make too many wrong choices… and it will come for you, and everyone left in your care.
