You will command this most elite light infantry force in human history. Make full use of their flexible mobility and their tenacious spirit that fears no sacrifice. Lure the stubborn enemy out in mobile warfare, then cut them off and annihilate them piece by piece. Though your equipment is often inferior to that of a formidable foe, you still have the opportunity to defeat them with agile tactics.
Throughout the long war, the soldiers under your command will grow stronger with each battle. Capture equipment from defeated enemies and absorb liberated soldiers who have turned from darkness to light. You will train inexperienced recruits into battle-hardened elites, transforming them into a vital force in the struggle to liberate all of China.
Every command decision you make is critical. Many actions cannot be undone (such as revealing the fog of war, initiating attacks, etc.). You must have the courage to act and bear the consequences of your choices.
You cannot focus solely on the frontline. You must also manage your logistics and supply lines, protect your own supplies, and sever those of the enemy. Units cut off from supply will gradually weaken and falter. Exploit this to adjust your strategies and secure your victory.
