Beater: Apocal Undone

Overview

Beater: Apocal Undone is a horde survival game with a dark/apocalyptic theme using a roguelite setup. You play as Beater, a warrior who survived the apocalypse.

Gameplay

Fight through hordes of Darklings and Apocals to save the world. Beater uses a unique fighting style - dash into enemies to deal damage. Use left mouse button to dash towards your mouse and right button to lock onto the closest enemy.

Each level offers the ability to choose between unique powers and stats. Every 3 levels the map changes and brings new challenges. The game starts calm on lower levels but quickly turns into bullet hell-like, fast-paced action on higher levels.

Find NPC encounters who will fight alongside you or assist you on your journey for coin.

Unique Mechanic

You can choose powers for enemies as you progress through levels. The stronger the enemies are, the higher Beater's Ember Multiplier becomes, so you get more embers for every monster you kill. Embers are used in the lobby to get permanent, refundable upgrades.
